Martha is a licensed CPA in California and holds a comprehensive suite of FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 14, 24, 27, 66, and 79.

Challenges I Encountered as a Potential Investor
I reviewed this project as an international non-accredited investor under Regulation S. During my analysis of the website, I found the available information to be quite limited. As a result, I did not gain a clear understanding of:
- The technical process by which assets are tokenized.
- The exact mechanism by which assets are acquired by investors.
- The specific fees and costs that accompany an investment.
- The process for reselling or liquidating assets.
- Detailed asset data (information was limited to a few photos, construction year, address, and expected yield). I would prefer to see historical performance data for the assets.
It appears that additional information is intended to be provided by an AI assistant—which was non-functional at the time of my visit on December 19, 2025—or through managers who contact investors only after an Expression of Interest is submitted.
Conclusion & Evaluation
With a real estate tokenization volume of $4 billion and active participation in global Real-World Assets (RWA), RedSwan is a significant player. The project specializes in institutional-grade tokenized real estate funds, providing global investors access with a relatively low entry threshold starting at $5,000. However, it appears that non-accredited international investors are either not yet the primary target audience, or the marketing for this segment has not been fully optimized.
