What I Do
DigitalPropInvest.com is built around five core pillars:
- Demystifying Real Estate Tokenization
I break down the fundamentals of tokenization so founders can clearly understand the concept of tokenized real estate, its benefits and challenges, and the roles of tokenization platforms and other companies in this field. - Analyzing Tokenized Real Estate Projects
I publish in-depth analyses of real-world tokenized real estate initiatives, highlighting applied tokenization models and marketing practices that founders can adapt. - Providing News and Insights
I share timely industry updates, accompanied by my commentary on what they mean for founders and innovators. - Launching the Experimental Portfolio — a curated, publicly tracked selection of live tokenized real estate ventures (Founders of live tokenized real estate projects are invited to apply for inclusion). The initiative has two goals:
- To demonstrate that investing in tokenized real estate can be simple, transparent, and measurable.
- To identify the most promising projects that may later be introduced to investors.
- Advisory and Collaboration – I provide consulting services to real estate tokenization projects, helping with:
- Selecting the right tokenization platform
- Business development and investor outreach
- Marketing strategy and communication
I’m also open to joining projects on an ongoing basis to support their long-term growth.
Founder’s Journey
DigitalPropInvest.com is led by an entrepreneur with nearly two decades of combined experience in public service and private ventures, and a strong track record in Web3 innovation and real estate investment.
- 2022 — Founded CarbonAdvisor.org, an advisory platform for tokenized climate and renewable energy projects.
- 2024 — Graduated top of the class in the ReFi Talent Program (Frankfurt School Blockchain Center).
- February-March 2025 — Active contributor to the ECOTA Web3 Carbon Database Working Group.
- March 2025 — Founded DigitalPropInvest.com to support the growth of tokenized real estate ventures.
- June–July 2025 — Gained hands-on experience as a Senior Real Estate Broker in Thailand, deepening my understanding of the real estate market and investor relations.
