DigitalPropInvest was founded in March 2025 with the goal of serving as a hub for tokenized real estate, where foundational concepts of tokenization, project examples, and industry news would be shared.
Today, this hub function is fulfilled primarily through my LinkedIn profile, and since December 2025 the portal has been refocused to serve as:
- A professional showcase of my tokenized real estate model portfolio (in progress)
- In-depth analyses of specific projects (in progress)
- A knowledge base on the tokenized real estate market (completed)
- A point of access to my services:
- Advisory Services — including selecting the right tokenization platform, business development and investor outreach, and marketing strategy and communications.
- Project Reviews — founders can request a comprehensive assessment of the tokenization model, business logic, and market positioning of their tokenized real estate project.
- Portfolio Inclusion — projects can apply to be considered for inclusion in my model portfolio, gaining exposure and analysis through DigitalPropInvest.
I am actively exploring grants and support programs in the Web3 space for educational and research initiatives related to tokenized real estate.

Brief About Me
I am an entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of combined experience in public service and private ventures, with a strong track record in Web3 innovation and real estate investment.
Key Milestones in Web3:
- 2022 — Founded CarbonAdvisor.org, an advisory platform for tokenized climate and renewable energy projects.
- 2024 — Graduated top of the class in the ReFi Talent Program (Frankfurt School Blockchain Center).
- February-March 2025 — Active contributor to the ECOTA Web3 Carbon Database Working Group.
- March 2025 — Founded DigitalPropInvest.com, initially launched as a hub for tokenized real estate, sharing foundational concepts, project examples, and industry news.
- June–July 2025 — Gained hands-on experience as a Senior Real Estate Broker in Thailand, deepening my understanding of the real estate market and investor relations.
- December 2025 — DigitalPropInvest.com was refocused to serve primarily as a professional portfolio and advisory showcase.
